Tea Biscuit Mix
Our tea biscuit mix can be used for not only making tea biscuits but why not try making some scones. Our amazing baker has compiled some delicious ways to use this mix. Check out our Raspberry and White Chocolate Scone recipe.
Ingredients: White flour, white sugar, baking powder, salt
Directions: Cream 1 egg and 2/3 cup shortening. Combine with package contents using a pastry blender to form a crumbly mixture. Make a well in the center. Add 1 cup milk and stir together using a fork. The mixture will be sticky. Pour onto a floured surface and knead lightly. Roll out to 1" thickness. Cut into rounds and place onto an ungreased sheet. Bake in 400'F oven for 15 minutes. This mix makes 24 two-inch biscuits.
