When should I expect my parcel?
We make every attempt to send all orders out as quickly as possible. This may not be possible in November/December during the Christmas rush. Due to supply chain issues, some orders may take longer to ship out.
We ask our customers living on the East Coast to not expect the parcel for at least 4 business days; mid provinces and states up to 10 business days and out west 12-14 business days.
*exceptions are weekends and extended Christmas Holidays as we are at home enjoying time with family.
