Potato Pizzazz Roasted Garlic
Delicious in mashed potatoes, with sour cream on baked potatoes or skins, on fries, hash browns, roasted or scalloped potatoes, vegetable dishes, pasta, soups, stews, and omelets.
Dip: 1 cup (250ml) sour cream, 3/4 - 1 cup (175ml-250ml) mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tbsp (22.5ml) Potato Pizzazz. Refrigerate for one hour.
