Ingredients: Spices, dehydrated garlic, sea salt
Delicious on hash browns or scalloped potatoes. Roast potato wedges coated in 1 tsp (5ml) Potato Pizzazz and a little oil.
Roasted Harvest Vegetables: Cut into chunks - potatoes, carrots, parsnips, sweet peppers, onion, sweet potato (or your favourites). Toss with 5 tbsp (75ml) balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp (45ml) olive oil, 1 tsp (5ml) sugar and 1 tsp (5ml) Potato Pizzazz. Roast in 350F (180C) oven for 1 hour.
