Roasted Pepper Dip
Roast Pepper Dip is great used as a dip or a spread.
Directions: Combine contents of packet with 250ml (1 cup) sour cream or yogurt, and 250ml (1 cup) mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with fresh raw vegetables, nachos, crackers, or potato chips. Makes 500ml (2 cups).
Blend 15ml (1 tbsp) Roasted Pepper Dip Mix with 112g (4oz) cream cheese for a delicious bagel spread.
