What You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp PEI Preserve Co. Roasted Red Pepper or Lemon Dill Dip Mix
  • 1 prepared cooked pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, finely diced

 

How To Make:

  1. Make the creamy base – In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yoghurt, and dip mix. Mix everything together until smooth and well blended. Give it a taste and adjust the seasoning if needed!
  2. Prep your veggies – Dice your red onion, broccoli, carrots, and red pepper nice and small so they scatter evenly and every bite has a little of everything.
  3. Spread the base – Lay out your prepared pizza crust and spread the cream cheese mixture generously all the way to the edges. Don’t be shy with it!
  4. Load it up – Scatter all your prepped veggies evenly over the cream cheese layer. Press them in just slightly so they stick.
  5. Slice and serve – Cut into finger-sized strips just like garlic fingers. Serve right away or pop it in the fridge to chill first. Either way, it disappears fast!
