Strawberry & Rhubarb

In a pie, crisp or used as an ice cream topping this preserve is the common combination of Strawberry and rhubarb. There is no question that strawberry is a fruit, but the debate is still out whether rhubarb is a fruit or a vegetable... Let's just call it tasty!
