What You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned or Rolled Oats

  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves

  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup  Fresh Strawberries

  • 2/3 cup Milk of your choice or Water

 

How To Make:

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, strawberry rhubarb preserves, Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, strawberry powder (if using), and milk (or water) into a mason jar or bowl.

  2. Stir to combine all the ingredients, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

  3. When you're ready to eat, remove from the fridge. If needed, add a little more water or milk to adjust the consistency, as the oats will have absorbed much of the liquid.

  4. If desired, top with additional fresh berries and more Strawberry Rhubarb Preserve.

  5. These strawberry overnight oats keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
