Caramelized Red Onion Chutney

Offer it in place of tomato ketchup at your next barbecue, try it slathered on top of your mother’s classic meatloaf recipe, or eat it by the spoonful right out of the jar. (We won’t judge.)

Ingredients: Rehydrated red onion (33%), water, sugar, spirit vinegar, rapeseed oil, modified starch, sultanas, dried red peppers, salt, garlic powder, paprika, colour: E150C, ground ginger, chili powder, tumeric
