Get ready for something new on the Island. On September 12, 2026, "An Evening in the Gardens" will gather guests for a one night only outdoor dining experience set among the gardens of Gardens of Hope, starting at 4:30 pm with an “appy hour” hosted by Marsha Doiron, followed by a multi course dinner led by Chef Christine Flynn and the culinary team from PEI Preserve Company, and live music from DRFTR, and a cocktail program built around PEI Preserve Company products from the very first pour.

Guests will settle in at long commnunal tables strung with lights under the open sky for an evening that's equal parts feast, celebration, and Island showcase. Every detail, from the appy hour to the last song of the night, has been designed to make this feel like a special occasion, not just dinner outdoors.
