Thai-Style Mango Salad with PEI Preserve Company Garlic Mango Dressing

Serves: 4
1 ripe mango, peeled and julienne
1 red bell pepper, julienne
1 English cucumber, cut in half lengthways, seeded and julienne
½ cup each basil and cilantro, torn
2 cups bean sprouts
½ cup green onions, sliced
2 limes, juiced
¼ cup tamari
½ cup PEI Preserve Company Garlic Mango Dressing
Put all ingredients in a bowl; toss and serve.
