How to Make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Position the chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet and evenly distribute the salt and pepper over them.
  2. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, stir the marmalade and the barbeque sauce together in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and spoon the sauce on to the top of each drumstick. Use only half of the sauce.
  5. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
  6. Once again, remove the chicken from the oven, spoon the remaining sauce onto the drumsticks and bake for 20 minutes more.
