What you'll Need:
-
1 package of your favourite pre-cooked meatballs (about 20 to 24)
-
1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
-
1/4 cup water
-
1 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
-
Pinch of chili flakes (optional, for a little kick!)
How to Make:
-
Heat the meatballs in the oven according to the package directions (usually about 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F) until hot all the way through.
-
While the meatballs bake, add all the glaze ingredients to a small pan. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it bubble away for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring now and then, until it's glossy and slightly thickened.
-
Toss the hot meatballs in a bowl with the glaze until they're coated and shiny. Or, if you're feeling fancy, line them up on a platter with toothpicks and drizzle the glaze right over top.
