"Introducing our Cheesy Peach Skillet - featuring one of our all-time favourite ingredients - Peach & Prosecco Preserve, Summer Honey With Amaretto and some brie. We’ve paired this rich, creamy cheese with vibrant, raw peppers, crisp fresh vegetables, and a crusty baguette for dipping. It’s the colours and flavours of fall in one skillet - playful, cozy, and irresistibly good."

  • 6-8 Brie Wedges
  • 1/2 Cup Bocconcini Cheese
  • 1 Cup Pumpernickel Bread, cubed
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts (optional)
  • 2-3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp Peach & Prosecco Preserve

How To Make:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a cast iron skillet or oven safe baking dish, nestle the peaches, Bocconcini, Peppers, Cheddar Cheese, Bread Cubes and Brie around the pan.

3. Sprinkle Walnuts across the top.

4. Warm the Peach & Prosecco Preserve just until pourable, then drizzle it over the entire skillet. Add Rosemary sprigs for aroma and a little visual drama.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the bread are crisp. Serve immediately with warm bread or crackers for dipping.
