What You'll Need:

  • Prosciutto slices: 6-8 slices
  • Brie cheese, sliced
  • Cranberry sauce or preserves: 3-4 tbsp, or as needed for filling
  • ½ pear sliced thin
  • Balsamic Glaze for drizzling

How To Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 
  2. Lay the prosciutto slices flat on a clean surface.
  3. Lay a brie slice on prosciutto and top with a ½ tsp of cranberry sauce.
  4. Roll the prosciutto over the brie and cranberry sauce.
  5. Place on sheet pan and top with a pear slice.
  6. Place sheet pan with rolled prosciutto packets and pears in the oven. Bake for 10-12 mins or until the prosciutto is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  7. To serve, place prosciutto brie packet on top of crostini and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
