Lay the prosciutto slices flat on a clean surface.
Lay a brie slice on prosciutto and top with a ½ tsp of cranberry sauce.
Roll the prosciutto over the brie and cranberry sauce.
Place on sheet pan and top with a pear slice.
Place sheet pan with rolled prosciutto packets and pears in the oven. Bake for 10-12 mins or until the prosciutto is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
To serve, place prosciutto brie packet on top of crostini and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
