2 lbs Sweet Potatoes
1 Tbsp Cornstarch, or Gluten Free Flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tsp Roasted Garlic Potato Pizzazz
Salt and Pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 425°

- Peel sweet potatoes and cut each potato into strips. Coat the fries with cornstarch and place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil on top of potatoes and sprinkle them with the Potato Pizzaz. Bake fries for 20 minutes. Flip the fries and place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle hot fries with salt and pepper to taste.
