Welcome back for another cocktail recipe! Today we're featuring our Preserve Company Lemon & Ginger Marmalade for a drink that's the perfect combination of tart and sweet. 

This would be a nice alternative to your holiday mimosa.

Method:

Add first four ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with cranberries and candied ginger. For a mocktail, replace the alcohol with lemon soda water.
