Welcome back for another cocktail recipe! Today we'reĀ featuringĀ ourĀ Preserve Company Lemon & Ginger Marmalade for a drink that'sĀ the perfect combination ofĀ tart and sweet.Ā
This would be a nice alternative to your holiday mimosa.Ā

Ingredients:
- 1 ozĀ Limoncello
- 1 oz Preserve Company Lemon and Ginger Marmalade
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- Ice
- Chilled Prosecco (to taste)
- Cranberries, candied ginger, and lemon peel for garnish
Method:
Add firstĀ fourĀ ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with cranberries and candied ginger. For a mocktail, replace the alcohol with lemon soda water.Ā
