Bottled Bar Clams

These bottled bar clams are all caught in the waters off PEI by our own local fishermen. Fished one day and processed the next. Our clams are all opened and processed by hand right here in Conway, PE. The cooking process we have at Annand Clams insures a tender, tasteful clam that can be used in chowders, dips or eat it right out of the jar. Don't throw the juice away - it is a proven hangover cure.
