What you'll need:
- 1 baguette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1/4 cup Peach & Prosecco Preserves
- 2-3 tbsp balsamic reduction
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- With a sharp knife, cut the brie into thin slices.
- Crush the garlic and add it to the olive oil.
- Lightly brush each side of the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Place the baguettes under the broiler for 2 minutes, or until they begin to toast. Then flip and toast for another 2 minutes, just until they start to turn golden brown.
- Remove the baguettes from the oven and top each piece of bread with a slice of brie, then Peach & Prosecco Preserves.
- Place the crostini on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Finish with a sprinkle of rosemary or thyme.
