What You'll Need:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to package directions if frozen
  • 1 round or wedge Brie cheese, about 8 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roasted and chopped
  • 1 egg

How To Make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. If you want, start with chilled Brie and use a sharp knife to carefully cut off the thin top rind of the cheese. 
  4. Lay out the puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet. Place the Brie round or wedge on top of the dough.
  5. Spread the Orange Marmalade on the Brie, sprinkle with walnuts and fold the dough over the top, cutting off excess dough.
  6. Brush the outside of the pastry with egg wash.
  7. Bake until the pastry is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
