What You'll Need:

  • 1/3 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Package of Lemon Dill Dip Mix
  • 1/3 Cup Pickle Juice

 

How to make:

  1. Combine everything: Add 0.3 cups buttermilk, 0.5 cups Greek yogurt, 1.5 tablespoons lemon dill spice, and 0.3 cups pickle juice to a bowl or jar and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust: Give it a taste! Want more tang? Add a splash more pickle juice. More herb flavour? A pinch more lemon dill spice.
  3. Chill: Pop it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving so the flavours meld together.
