What you'll need:
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- 1 Baguette, sliced and toasted
- 8 oz (225 g) Burrata or fresh mozzarella
- 3 slices Prosciutto
- Fresh Basil (for garnish)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
How to make:
- Remove a slice of prosciutto carefully from the package, ensuring it doesn't stick to other pieces. Use kitchen scissors to cut the slice into 4 smaller pieces. Fold each piece in half and roll it into a rose shape. Repeat with another slice to create a total of 12 prosciutto roses. Set aside.
- Lay the toasted baguette slices down. On the right side of each slice, add a generous helping of burrata. On the left side, spoon some antipasto.
- Place a prosciutto rose on top of each toast and garnish with fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
