Introducing Nourished, Mind, Body & Soul

Those who know me well know I am never just doing one thing. There is always something quietly in the works. And this one? This one I am really proud of.

Nourished Mind Body Soul is here, and if you’re wondering what that means, it’s my brand new wellness line. Natural, clean bath and body products that actually feel like something. Body butters, lotions, facial sprays, perfume oil rollers, room sprays, a healing balm, even a cleaning spray that makes you actually want to tidy up. And I have to tell you, I thought this moment might make me emotional but mostly I just feel giddy and proud and like something that was always supposed to exist finally does. It feels so right I can barely stand it.

This line was born in a season of coming back to myself. Of choosing softness over busyness, intention over autopilot, and pleasure without guilt. For so long, self-care felt like something you earned. Something you squeezed in between everything else. I wanted to change that. I wanted to create something that felt like a deep exhale. Products that didn’t just sit pretty on a shelf but actually pulled you back into your body, your breath, your moment.

That’s the whole why. And it’s the reason I’m so proud of what we built.

A little ritual goes a long way

Here’s something I feel really strongly about. Self-care does not have to be an expensive spa day. It doesn’t have to be a whole production or something you have to earn or schedule weeks in advance. Some of the most nourishing things I do for myself take five minutes and cost almost nothing in effort.

I love a good ritual. Something small and intentional that tells your nervous system it’s okay to soften now. It’s okay to be here. Lighting a candle before a bath. Rolling on a perfume oil before you walk out the door. Spritzing your room before you sit down to work. Wiping down your kitchen at the end of the day with something that smells beautiful. These are not indulgences. These are the tiny acts of love that keep you going.

That’s exactly what Nourished Mind Body Soul was created to be part of. Not another thing on your list. A gentle invitation to pause.

The woman behind the magic

I have known for a long time that I wanted my own line of products. Even back when I had my little boutique, that dream was quietly sitting there. And when I discovered Island Lavender Distillery, something clicked. Lauren and her parents operate this beautiful, quaint farm and shop right here on PEI, and the products they make are genuinely some of my favourites. We had carried her line at the Preserve Company and our customers loved them. Her values, authenticity, simplicity, and being intentional about what goes into everything, they are the same values we build everything around here.

So one day I just leaned in and called her. No big formal pitch, no lengthy email. I just asked. And honestly that phone call is one of the best ones I have ever made.

Lauren’s products are already that good, that’s exactly why I called her. What I brought was the vision, the name, and the intention behind it. Nourished Mind Body Soul is what happens when you find someone whose craft you completely trust and you say, I want to build something around this. And together it became something I am so proud to put my name on.

I had the idea. Lauren said yes. And then a whole group of incredibly talented people on both sides rolled up their sleeves and made it real. Our team here at the Preserve Company poured themselves into this alongside Lauren and her family at Island Lavender Distillery, and what came out the other side is something none of us could have built alone.

The full Nourished Mind Body Soul collection is available now in store and online. Milk bath, cleaning spray, perfume oil rollers, room spray, healing balm and so much more. Go find the ones that feel like yours.

And this is just the beginning. Candles, reed diffusers, custom journals and so much more are on the horizon, because Nourished is always growing, just like you are.

But before any of that, I want you to know who this line is really for.

It’s for the woman who pours from an empty cup and is finally ready to fill it back up. The one who craves slowness but doesn’t know where to start. The one who deserves beauty, ritual, and rest without needing a single reason to justify it.

She doesn’t need more things. She needs permission.

Consider this yours.

Lots of Love,

Marsha
