What you'll need:
- 1 baguette
- Olive oil
- 1 wedge brie cheese
- ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
- Fresh rosemary (optional)
How to make:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Slice baguette into half-inch slices. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Toast baguette slices for 7-8 minutes, or until golden and crisp on the edges.
- Top baguette slices with 2 teaspoons of Cranberry Sauce.
- Slice brie into thin (¼ inch) pieces. Place 1 piece of brie onto each crostini and sprinkle with rosemary, place back in the oven until brie is warmed and melted (about 5 minutes). Serve immediately.
