What you'll need:

  • 1 baguette 
  • Olive oil
  • 1 wedge brie cheese
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
  • Fresh rosemary (optional)

How to make: 

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice baguette into half-inch slices. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  3. Toast baguette slices for 7-8 minutes, or until golden and crisp on the edges.
  4. Top baguette slices with 2 teaspoons of Cranberry Sauce
  5. Slice brie into thin (¼ inch) pieces. Place 1 piece of brie onto each crostini and sprinkle with rosemary, place back in the oven until brie is warmed and melted (about 5 minutes). Serve immediately.
