What You'll Need:

Clotted cream

Sea salt

Lemon, zested

Your choice of Preserves

Your choice of toppings (we used edible flowers)

Artisanal bread or crackers for serving
How To Make:

Spread the clotted cream on your board using the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle the sea salt over the top and zest the lemon over the clotted cream.

Drop teaspoons of preserves all over the board and use the back of the spoon to gently spread.

Garnish with edible flowers or topping of choice.

Serve with your favourite bread, biscuit or scone.
