Ingredients: Spices, tamarind water, cider vinegar, lemon juice, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, herbs, corn flour
Directions: Saute1 onion in a pan. Add 2 cups of fish, chicken or meat. Cook until half done, add 2 tablespoons Vindalo sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and salt to taste. Stir in a cup of stock, simmer until tender. Serve with a salad and bread.
