Ingredients: Spices, onion, tomato paste, water, cider vinegar, canola oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, corn flour
Directions: Combine 2 tablespoons of tandoori sauce with a 1/4 cup of plain yoghurt. Marinade 1/2 kg lamb or chicken for 15 minutes. Grill 15 minutes per side. May also be brushed on vegetables and grilled.
