Ingredients: Spices, tamarind water, cider vinegar, tomato paste, lemon juice, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, corn flour
Directions: Sauté onion, add 2 cups of vegetables, cooked lentils, cubed chicken or meat. Cook until half done, add 2 tablespoons of Curry sauce, salt to taste, 1 cup of stock and a cup of coconut milk or plain yogurt. Simmer until tender. Serve on rice.
