This unique blend of curry, cream, and coconut is a Canadian Fine Food Show award winner! It’s ideal for traditional curry dinners, a wild rice salad, or a party dip. This is one of our top selling products – perfect on it’s own, but fabulous when you serve the finished dish with a side of our Mango Chutney.
Ingredients: Coconut cream, cream, water, onions, coconut, ginger, vegetable oil, concentrated lemon juice, modified corn starch, salt, sugar, flavour, spices. Gluten Free.
Directions: Place Curry & Cream sauce in a saucepan. Add 1 cup of cooked seafood, meat or chicken. Blend and heat thoroughly. Stir frequently to prevent boiling. Serve over a bed of rice. Serves 4-6
