Directions for Mexican Cheese Loaf: Blend 8oz (250g) cream cheese, 1/4 tsp (1ml) garlic powder, 1 cup (250ml) shredded old cheddar cheese and 2/3 cup (150ml) finely chopped pecans. On waxed paper, shape into a loaf, coat with Chili Fix (use a fine strainer), wrap and refrigerate over night. Serve with crackers.
